Customized products

Customized products cannot be returned/exchanged. In the event that a personalized jewelry is returned, it will be resent to the buyer and the shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.

How we refund
  • We refund the full amount paid by the customer, including standard shipping costs, as long as the refund is for a defective item.
  • Shipping costs (return) as well as possible customs expenses will be assumed by the customer. Otherwise, the package will be returned automatically and the request will be rejected.
  • If the object is in perfect condition, we will charge you the shipping costs for both the purchase and the return.
Returns period

All returns will be made within a period of 15 days after receipt of the purchase.

What is my refund period?

Shipments are made from Spain. LC TREND under the tax name of Batista Diseño, S.L. with C.I.F. B14662936 (Registered in the Commercial Registry of Córdoba) carries out the sale and distribution of the products offered in this service. We ship both nationally and internationally:

National: Peninsula and Balearic Islands.

International: We send orders to all countries in the European Union, other destinations consult.

Shipping costs include transportation, insurance and customs clearance at origin. For deliveries to countries not belonging to the European Union, the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, customs charges at destination or other taxes (tariffs) are not included; It will be the recipient who will have to pay them in order to receive the merchandise.

The merchandise travels to its destination insured at all risks by LC TREND, with the cost of said insurance being free for the buyer. RETURNS LC TREND guarantees maximum customer satisfaction.
